Our Company

Our History
Construction Technologies (CT) was established in 1996 in Kansas City as a full service construction firm specializing in multi-family communities and commercial construction.

Over 15 years later, CT now provides construction services in 9 states across the Midwest and East Coast providing a full suite of construction expertise including: Light Industrial, Shopping Centers, Retail, Medical, Historic, Restaurants, Office, and Apartments.

CT's expertise includes LIHTC, NPS Historic tax credit projects, and Section 8 / Section 42 programs. CT has established long lasting relationships with dozens of architecture firms, Historic consultants, local and federal housing authorities, and developers across the Midwest.
Our Leadership
Brian Hall, Project Manager
As the lead project manager, Brian handles estimating, job cost tracking, sub-contractor scheduling, progress billing, owner correspondence, job supervision and completion. For the past ten years, Brian has held the position of project manager and estimator.
