Square Feet: 2,845 Contract: $211,126 Tenant Improvement This project was a full tenant finish. Some of the scopes that CT completed was demolition, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, framing, drywall, new pizza kitchen, epoxy and hardwood flooring, cabinetry, a bar area with stone-faced front and exotic Quartz countertops. This storefront tenant finish was a 3 month project from start to finish.

Ortran, Inc Kansas City, Missouri

Square Feet: 8,000 Contract: $620,000 Tenant Improvement New corporate offices and driver lounge for Ortran, Inc. This project was a full tenant improvement. The scope of work included demolition, concrete patching, cabinets, doors and hardware, ceilings, framing, drywall, painting, carpeting, fire alarm, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, etc.

Christ Community Church Leawood, Kansas

Square Feet: 12,500 Contract: $250,000 Tenant Improvement Lobby renovation at the Christ Community Church, Leawood Campus. The scope of work included demolition, concrete patching, cabinets, custom trim, custom art glass, doors and hardware, reclaimed barn wood, framing, drywall, painting, wood flooring, carpeting, fire alarm, electrical, mechanical, etc.

Adkore Mega Force Overland Park, Kansas

Square Feet: 7,250 Contract: $279,277 Tenant Improvement As the general contractor, CT worked closely with the owner, the kitchen design team, the interior design teams, and the architect to produce this elegant and modern space.

11 Units, 142,000 sf Contract: $800,000 New Construction New construction of 11 units at the corner of 40th and Pennsylvania just north of the Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri.

Jefferson Condominiums Kansas City, Missouri

22 Units Contract: $1,650,000 New Construction New construction of 22 condominium units at 46th and Jefferson north of the Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri.

Lebanon Sundance Lebanon, Missouri

40 Units Contract: $1,900,000 New Construction New construction of 40 units, 2 buildings in Lebanon, Missouri.

Lead Bank Garden City, Missouri

15,000 sf Contract: $4,500,000 New construction CT provided Construction Management services for the owner. We worked closely with the general contractor and architect to help a very difficult project through to completion.

80 Units Contract: $5,330,000 New Construction New construction of 80 units in Joplin, MO. Demolition and rebuild of 80 units (14 buildings) after the 2011 Joplin Tornado.

Walnut Tower Kansas City, Missouri

180 Units, 142,000 sf Contract: $8,000,000 Multifamily Rennovation Renovation of a 180 unit, 13 story high-rise in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Conversion of the 1st floor from retail to common space including new lobby, laundry, exercise space, restrooms, and gathering room. Installation of a new roof top deck overlooking the Missouri River.

Art Loft St. Louis, Missouri

63 Unit, 102,000 SF Contract: $1,274,000 Historic Tax Credit Basis: $980,000 Historic renovation to the Art Loft Apartment building in downtown St. Louis, MO. The scope of this project included masonry restoration, roofing, historic window reconditioning, new roof top deck, living unit renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, floor covering, painting).

28 Unit, 44,300sf Contract: $3,500,000 Historic Tax Credit Basis: $3,361,000 Historic conversion and repurposing of a, 5 story, historic warehouse in downtown Marshalltown, IA. These 28 units will have exposed brick and timber framing creating a loft feel.

30 Unit, 45,000 SF Contract: $4,959,000 Historic Tax Credit Basis: $4,674,000 Historic conversion and repurposing of a, 4 story, historic dormitory on the campus of Northern Oklahoma College. This building was vacant and boarded up for nearly 40 years.

18 Unit, 23,637 SF Contract: $2,726,000 Historic Tax Credit Basis: $2,500,000 Historic conversion and repurposing of a, 4 story, historic warehouse is downtown Independence, KS. This warehouse was significantly damaged by fire and several floor needed to be completely replaced.

Renovation 13,000 sf Contract: $304,000 Located in the Crossroads Arts District, Kendal King wanted to keep the look of their 13,000 square foot, 1940’s masonry and wood beam building while incorporating a modern functionality to their space.
